Our services

Custom crating, engineered per item.

Every crate is built for one specific object — its dimensions, its weight, its fragility, its route. No standard sizes forced onto non-standard things.

What we crate.

  • A glossy black upright piano and bench in a living room, tagged and ready for crating

    Crate № 0024 — upright piano

    Pianos & Instruments

Uprights, grands, harps, and organs. The crate carries the load through the strongest points of the frame, wrapped and braced so nothing bears weight on the case or the action.

  • The front of a Yamaha adventure motorcycle secured on a lift in the crating shop

    Crate № 0031 — motorcycle

    Motorcycles & Powersports

Bikes, ATVs, and snowmobiles. Wheels chocked, suspension supported, tank and bodywork padded — fixed to a fitted deck so nothing shifts in transit.

  • A figure-eight Carrara marble table top on protective paper, labeled fragile

    Crate № 0019 — marble table

    Marble, Stone & Glass

Slabs, countertops, sculptures, and large mirrors travel on edge with cushioned cleats and the load spread across the panel, so no single point takes the stress.

  • A stained-glass Tiffany lamp shade resting on a pad before crating

    Crate № 0027 — stained glass

    Art, Antiques & Heirlooms

Paintings, framed works, ceramics, and period furniture. Finish-safe wrap against the surface, then a rigid outer crate built to exact dimensions with clearance where the piece can’t be touched.

  • Disassembled home-gym equipment wrapped and packed for transport

    Crate № 0033 — home gym

    Equipment & Electronics

Servers, lab and medical instruments, machinery, and displays. Sensitive components are isolated against shock and immobilized so nothing works loose on the road.

  • A red ceramic kamado grill cushioned and cross-braced inside a custom wood crate

    Crate № 0029 — ceramic grill

    The Unusual

Taxidermy, chandeliers, sculptures, saunas. When an object has no standard packaging and no two are alike, we measure it, map its weak points, and build a crate that fits only that piece.

The work around the crate.

  • Disassembly & reassembly

Mirrors, bases, handlebars, and legs removed for transit and reset on arrival, so the crate stays compact and the item stays protected.

  • On-site crating

We build around the item where it sits, so it’s never moved unprotected.

  • Delivery arranged

Transport coordinated on request — arranged on your behalf, unbranded.

  • Export crating

Crates built for international freight and overseas shipments.

White-glove installation.

An infrared sauna uncrated, assembled, and installed in a client's room
On-site install — infrared sauna — uncrated & assembled

Crating is the core of what we do. Installation is the other end of it — for when a piece needs to arrive set up and standing where it belongs, not just delivered to the door.

Delivery is arranged on your behalf; the work at the destination is ours. The same team that built the crate uncrates the piece, assembles or sets it up, mounts and hangs artwork, and places large or complex items — saunas, equipment, sculpture — in their final position. Unbranded, start to finish.

Every crate starts with the item, not the box.

  1. Assessed

We measure, weigh, and inspect — at your location or from your photos. Fragile points are mapped before anything is built.

  2. Engineered

Bracing where it’s heavy, cushioning where it’s fragile, clearance where it can’t be touched.

  3. Sealed

Padded, immobilized, sealed, and labeled for handling. Delivery arranged if you need it.
